PURPOSE OF SERVICE
Design of electrical and mechanical plant systems, works supervision, testing and commissioning as part of the full renovation of the property located at Via Senato 13 in Milan, Italy.
HIGHLIGHTS
The seven-above-ground-floor building accommodates high-end, energy-efficient residential flats (NZEB type, energy class A), therefore their operation requires minimal energy.
Systems were designed according to the principles of sustainability and energy saving, powered by renewable, geothermal and solar energy sources.
Therefore, the centralised production of hot and cold fluids uses groundwater, while electricity is generated through a photovoltaic system.
