PURPOSE OF SERVICE

Design of mechanical, electrical and special plant systems, works supervision, testing and commissioning, plus site safety coordination as part of the renovation of the property located at Via Broletto 9/11 in Milan, Italy, and involving the upgrading of systems for the fit-out of the new offices of LEGANCE AVVOCATI ASSOCIATI.

HIGHLIGHTS

The building, which is being fully renovated, consists of six above-ground floors and one basement floor. When designing the systems, particular attention was paid to the principles of sustainability and functionality, thus selecting new generation equipment and machines aimed at energy savings, environmental protection and ergonomics.
