PURPOSE OF SERVICE

Executive design, works supervision and testing of the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical systems for Tower 1 and Building B of the property located at Via della Magliana 25 in Rome, Italy, and serving as the headquarters of Esso Italia. In particular:

Mechanical systems

• • Modification and update of fan-coil connections and controls, including ducts and pipes, grilles, diffusers, etc.) of the existing system.
• • Sanitary water and ventilation system in Building B bathroom blocks and water supply to break areas and vending machines on building floors.

Electrical systems

• • Modification and adjustment of existing electrical lighting, power, fire detection and special systems.
• • Implementation of EVAC and security systems.

HIGHLIGHTS

The project was developed over a three-year timeframe in a building where operational continuity had to be ensured, providing for the renewal of systems, which had to be made compliant with current regulations, with the new layout and with sustainability and energy saving requirements. Therefore, new generation machines and equipment were selected and works were planned so as to keep the existing systems operational until they were replaced with the new ones.
